• Designed relational database schema, implemented business logic, and developed all core Perl modules and CGI interfaces.

• Authored over 30,000 lines of reusable Perl 5 class modules and CGI scripts supporting dynamic form generation and PDF automation.
• Designed and deployed Oracle 8 and Access 97 database implementations with ODBC interoperability.
• Documented complete software and hardware requirements, ensuring smooth cross-platform deployment on Solaris and NT.
• Trained client staff to extend and maintain the system after delivery.
